Now, they are now over, but the wet mess remains. Now, at one point yesterday, Environment Canada issued a tornado warning for parts of southwestern Ontario near Windsor and Chatham-Kent. Windsor yesterday had a human exit 31. Now, we're also expecting another warm day today. Details in the forecast. The federal Liberals will table their spring economic update April 28th, giving Canadians a look at how the government is handling our money. The update is expected to highlight earlier spending promises, including a boost to the GST benefit and a new plan announced to waive the federal fuel excise tax until Labor Day. And Ontario's labor minister proposing a ban on employers who charge workers for mandatory uniforms. The change targets entry-level sectors like retail and hospitality, where employees have to pay out of pocket. The ban would apply to employer-specific uniforms that cannot reasonably be worn outside the job. Government is also looking at new rules for talent agencies, including commission caps. Sports, baseball yesterday, the Jays beat Milwaukee 9-7 in 10 innings. That Rd. series continues tonight, 7.40. NHL last night, Montreal lost to Philly 4-2. Vancouver beat LA in overtime. Calgary and Winnipeg both lost. Tonight, the Leafs play their final game before calling it a season. They're in Ottawa at 7.30. OHL Conference semi-finals. Kitchener beats Sault Ste. Marie 4-3 and has a 3-0 series lead. And Brantford's game at North Bay was postponed because of flooding yesterday. Tonight's game starts at 7. And Sergio Garcia apologized for his embarrassing tantrum during Sunday's final round of the Masters. After a tee shot on the 2nd landed in the sand, he slammed his driver into the turf a couple of times, then swung at the bench, breaking his driver.
