A man who admitted his role in a massive golden cash heist at Pearson Airport has been sentenced. to four years in prison. According to court documents, the 44-year-old was sentenced Wednesday and given 40 years to pay back $22 million. As of earlier this year, two others are still at large, including a former Air Canada employee. New jobs data is due out today, with economists forecasting a bump to the Canadian economy. According to a Reuters poll, about 15,000 jobs were added last month. The countdown is on for the Artemis 2 mission after their historic lunar flyby this week. NASA said Canadian astronaut Jeremy Hansen and his three crewmates are set to splash down in the Pacific tonight just off the coast of San Diego. Space officials say it's also the beginning of a new era of space exploration. NASA said they hope to put boots on the moon in less than two years. And there's a new Canadian social media website that proclaims its goal is to provide Canadians a place to communicate and connect without the big tech algorithms. The co-founder of NorthSocial.ca, Colin Schmidt, said the biggest challenge is building a viable user base.
