Welcome to the first taste of Wintry weather. 
Several parts of the province experienced their first snowfall of the year yesterday, from Windsor to Ottawa. 
Environment Canada said areas of the GTHA were hit with 5-10 cms, while Ottawa was expected up to 20.
Some roads are still snow covered and slippery this morning.
Your flights are still being affected, after US airports cancelled a few thousand flights over the weekend due to the ongoing US government shutdown.
Yesterday, U-S airlines cancelled more than 27-hundred flights -- and more cancellations are expected, including at major airports like Newark and Atlanta.
The U-S Senate last night took a first step toward ending the shutdown with a test-vote of compromise legislation.
Ontario Provincial Police say a 26-year-old is dead after a two-vehicle crash in Brant County. 
Police say officers were called to a collision on Saturday afternoon on Muir Line.
They say the driver of the first vehicle was taken to hospital with undetermined injuries, while the second driver suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. 
Muir Line was closed between Eighth Concession and Ninth Concession for several hours.  
OPP officers in Brant County are now wearing body-worn cameras.
The detachment said the change is being made to enhance the safety of both the public and their officers.
In May, the neighbouring police service in the city of Brantford announced its officers would also be outfitted with cameras by the end of the year.
Recently, footage from the body-worn camera of O-P-P Constable Greg Pierzchala was used in the high-profile murder trial surrounding his death.
The operators of Highway 4-0-7 say they’re seeing a surge in scammers pretending to be them and are urging customers to beware.
The private highway says scammers are using phishing tactics to trick recipients into clicking on malicious links through fake texts and websites.
Officials say that's where personal or financial information can be compromised.

The Deer cull at Point Pelee National Park will happen from November 14th to the 21st.

A new registry from Guelph Police is seeking access to private security cameras to take a proactive role in community safety.
The service is asking business owners and residents to register their private surveillance cameras and consider providing officers access to recordings on a case-by-case basis.
Nearly four-hundred commercial and residential cameras across the city have been registered for the program since it was launched three years ago.
Currently, Guelph Police go door to door to canvass for video when investigating serious crimes.
Brantford will be among communities across Canada that pay tribute to those who served and continue to serve their country in times of war and peace.
According to the Expositor, Cadets will conduct a vigil from 6 p.m. to midnight on tonight that will resume at 7 a.m. on Remembrance Day, tomorrow.
At 10:40 a.m. tomorrow, a walking march that includes veterans, active service personnel, first responders, dignitaries and cadets will leave Harmony Square and proceed to the Brant War Memorial.

 All 29 crew members on board the iron-ore-carrying freighter died when it went down in Lake Superior during a storm on November 10th, 1975.
